Their offerings cater to various occasions like birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, and festive celebrations such as Eid, Diwali, and Christmas. Wondergifts distributes its experience boxes both online and through retail channels, including Virgin Megastores and branded kiosks in major UAE malls.

In its first year, the company generated $2.7 million in revenue and expanded its operations from Dubai and Abu Dhabi to the rest of the UAE. Strategic partnerships, such as its collaboration with Ferns N Petals (FNP) for personalized gift bundles, have strengthened its market position. Supported by Otium Capital, a French investment firm, Wondergifts aims to redefine the gifting culture in the UAE by focusing on memorable experiences that strengthen personal connections.

The Challenge

For Wondergifts’ first AI-powered Christmas campaign, we crafted a magical story that reimagines the holiday spirit. In this heartwarming narrative, Santa Claus receives an unexpected letter—not from a child, but from Wondergifts. The message? This year, Wondergifts is handling all the experience-based gifts, giving Santa a well-deserved break. With his gift-giving duties covered, Santa gets to unwind and indulge in unforgettable experiences across Dubai, from thrilling adventures to serene spa retreats. As he enjoys the magic of the city, Wondergifts ensures that every present delivers joy, turning this Christmas into a season of memories, not just gifts.
